Leadership Performance Index – LPI –  is an online feedback system, much like a 360 degree feedback system, that combines self-evaluations with views from direct manager(s) and direct reports to evaluate performance as a leader. This benchmark measure is essential in the creation of a dual performance appraisal system. The LPI can be used as a pre and post assessment around activities such as coaching or leadership training.
