Richard Kang, General Manager

Richard has been working in many different locations including two years expatriation in Denmark with multifunctional experience on customers service, sales, HR, finance, SAP implementation, training, legal, and overall General management.

As an experienced trainer, Richard has delivered more than 400 full day trainings globally to participants from 35 countries and received positive feedback for his good structured presentation and training skills.

In 2015, he joined Clavis Consultants where he acts as General Manager in charge of the day to day operation of the company. At the same time, Richard is servicing as the Chief Instructor of all our training courses.

Richard has a Bachelor Degree in International Economic Law.

Sophia Sun, Consultant

Sophia Sun is responsible for operations and customer service and comes with a considerable experience in a range of settings.

Since her graduation from Heilong University, majoring in teaching Chinese as a foreign language in 2009, Sophia Sun has been working in the training industry and has been based in Beijing. Here, she established her own company, teaching foreign business professionals Mandarin Chinese. Sophia Sun has rich experience in training, cross-cultural communication and presentation and a broad experience in marketing and sales, operation and customer relationships.
